Good afternoon, I am Paradoxical Stratagem (Parastrat for short) and I was originally part of a Mass Effect Rewrite RP before it migrated from TV Tropes to here. I've played through the entire trilogy on the Xbox 360, and while there were some elements I liked about ME2 and ME3, my opinion about the ending is no different than about 90% of the entire population that's played through the Mass Effect trilogy (which is to say, I didn't like it). I didn't feel like the Extended Cut DLC did enough, and because consoles suck bosons! I wasn't able to install mods, there was no actual way for me to do anything about it.
I do have some online roleplaying experience when I used to be a regular on the Spore Forums, but the major difference between me from that era and myself today is that I'm well aware of forum and roleplaying etiquette, and have matured considerably due to learning from life experiences so there's no need to worry about me intentionally doing anything stupid. While I go out of my way to ensure that I'm using proper spelling, grammar and other writing skills, I'm open to suggestions for improvement.
I could easily spend time chalking up all the things I liked and disliked about the trilogy, but that seems like a topic for another thread. As for the Rewrite, I'm not really sure what to expect, but I'm confident that it'll turn out quite nicely. I can't promise that I'll be able to commit to the project year-round, as life has been gradually getting busier for me (I'm finding temporary employment and having to balance life with full-time college coursework), but I'll at least try to see how far I can go.
