The Rules

I want a good, non toxic environment. Let's get started with more specific rules:

• No racism, sexism, and other things attacking other people's beliefs (unless it is a crackpot belief). This is obvious, but I feel the need to put it here anyways. This is a great way to get yourself banned quickly.
• Little to no flaming. I want a constructive environment, not a toxic one. There are plenty of other places to flame.
• Swearing is completely fine as you don't go overboard and are not insulting others. If you get offended by it, well there's little I will do about it. Deal.
• No spamming. Everyone knows it's annoying. Please don't.
• No explicit sexual content. This will get you banned fast. Talking about sex is one thing (although gross), posting explicit images is another. This does not give you permission to go freely talk about sex though.
• No trolling or attacking others. It's rude and will get you warnings or banning.
• No coming here just to say how bad the ideas here are or that the entire premise is stupid. I value constructive feedback, not mindless ranting.
• Talking about extralegal things is okay in moderation. Still, no linking to extralegal things, especially those with malware. This will get you instant banned (linking malware or things will get you instant banned, not necessarily linking things)
• While you can insult me in moderation, I would prefer you do it constructively and in PMs. I don't want threads dedicated to how bad I or other mods are. Please PM if you have a problem with a mod, admin, or another user and I will look into it.
• If someone has problems, do not egg them on. I will likely ban you if the situation is severe enough.
• Keep the drama to a minimum. Want drama on the Internet? Go elsewhere.
• I don't want advertising here. I'm not interested. I will remove posts with ads in them.
• Keep the the topics on topic please. The Off Topic section is great for things that don't have to do with my Rewrite. And please keep them on topic.
• I will tolerate necro posting as long as it is constructive enough and there's not a better thread you can post it in. Necroing threads for no good reason will get you in trouble.
• Double posting does not really bother me as long as it's legit and not annoying.
• If you know someone's real name here, do not use it unless you are given permission by them to use it. Your post will likely be edited to reflect the poster's user name instead of real name and being annoying with this can get you banned.
• No going into dedicated talks about real life religion, politics, other controversial subjects, etc. without my permission. I'd rather not have the forums devolve into a cesspit. I don't really give a shit about what belief set you have as long as it's not murderous, racist, sexist, overly oppressive, etc. Please keep those beliefs down though (as in don't be pushy about it. If we're discussing fictional politics, religion, etc. esp. those pertaining to the Rewrite, it's much more okay. Expressing your base beliefs in something like your introduction is completely fine as well (as long as it is within forum criteria).
• I can add, change, or remove rules at any time at my discretion. Keep the this in mind.

Actions me, the admins, or mods can take against you:

• Revoking of posting/PM privileges.
• Warnings
• Temporary or permanent bans.
• Demotions
• More

This thread is a WIP and will be updated in the future. Post any questions, suggestions, etc. about the rules in new threads please.
