I despise EA, to my core, they are worse then the anti-crust (intentional), I despise Origin, but, the thing is, if you buy ME1 on Origin, you get both the DLC's.
If you buy it on steam you don't, and have to "acquire" them otherwise. The whole point of me buying ME1 is cause there are really shady downloads when it comes to ME1 and they just feels wrong if I download them from piratebay or whatever.
I think Origin and Steam have a sale right now, so what should I do? Buy the ME1 on steam with no DLCs or buy the one on origin with the DLCs.

Steam is an okay place to buy it. Unlike ME2 and and 3, ME1's DLC is not required to get the full game. Bring Down the Sky is pretty good, and Pinnacle Station is pretty meh. You aren't really missing anything by not having them. Or you could PM me and I could give you a link that worked for me.

Be sure to watch Youtube videos of at least Bring Down the Sky. It isn't important to ME1's main story, but it's fun enough and provides some background on the Batarians and Humans. It also has an event, that if not dealt with, might have have minor effects on the galaxy.
